Hem Roll Sets (High Throat)

This 3 Step Process Creates a Hem in Steel or Aluminum

• Step 1 Forms the metal to 90° (available with both rolls in steel, or steel upper / nylatron lower combo for pre-finished panels)
• Step 2 Forms the metal to 140° (available with both rolls in steel, or steel upper / nylatron lower combo for pre-finished panels)
• Step 3 Forms the metal flat (both rolls are steel)

For Use With All High Throat (4" Throat) Bead Rollers

Steel Rolls are CNC Machined and Heat Treated For Long Life

Nylatron rolls are CNC machined and designed to not leave any tool marks

All Standard High Throat Roll Sets: 5-1/2" OD (Outer Diameter) Upper & Lower Rolls x 3/4" ID (Inner Diameter)
