Our newly redesigned Dimple Dies are ideal for a wide range of sheet metal fabrication applications.  We engineered these Dimple Dies to flange or flare existing holes in sheet metal fabrications, and do increase the durability of the finished product.  These products enhance the appearance of your finished sheet metal panels and actually provide additional strength for the metal around holes.  You can use our Dimple Dies on sheet metal panels up to 0.125” thickness (mild steels) or on 4130 chrome molly materials.  Additionally, we fabricate precision Dimple Dies with a 45˚ Flare/Dimple angle.
